Join Paul Mitchell exploring Savernake Forest (Wiltshire)and The New Forest (Hampshire) this Autumn
I shall be running a series of Autumn Woodland Photography workshops on specified dates and locations during November 2025. These workshops are aimed at both the intermediate and the more experienced photographers who want to master the art of woodland photography. Each workshop lasts approximately six hours during which time you will be guided around areas of outstanding natural beauty during the spectacular season of Autumn. There will be a maximum of five participants on each workshop which will ensure you of my undivided attention. I am also available for 1-2-1 tuition on dates to suit you (contact me for prices). Please note that a reasonable level of fitness is required - the terrain is not difficult but we will expect to cover approximately 3 to 4 miles throughout the day. The 2025 dates available are*:

These five day landscape photography retreats, led by Paul Mitchell, will make the most of the Autumn colours in this wonderful corner of the Pays de la Loire. Time will be well spent in ancient woodlands, by wonderful meandering rivers, imposing gorges and in the Chateau grounds. You'll also spend plenty of time staying in an authentic French Chateau, relaxing and enjoying delicious homemade food. I will also be on hand in the evenings to guide you through the editing and production of your work.
