These four day landscape photography retreats, led by Paul Mitchell, will make the most of the Spring colours in this wonderful corner of the Pays de la Loire. Time will be well spent in ancient woodlands, by wonderful meandering rivers, imposing gorges and in the Chateau grounds. You'll also spend plenty of time staying in an authentic French Chateau, relaxing and enjoying delicious homemade food. I will also be on hand in the evenings to guide you through the editing and production of your work.

Join Paul Mitchell exploring one of wiltshire’s most spectacular bluebell woodland this spring
In May 2026, I will be running a Bluebell Photography Workshop near the town of Marlborough in Wiltshire. This workshop is designed for both intermediate and experienced photographers seeking to capture breathtaking images of this extraordinary annual display. In addition to the panoramic view, we will delve into creative techniques such as intentional camera movement and the utilisation of a macro lens. The workshop will have a duration of approximately six hours. The terrain is not challenging, but the walking will be extensive to encompass as much of this magnificent location as possible. Please be advised that the workshop will commence very early in the morning, providing optimal lighting conditions and fewer people. Furthermore, I am available for one-on-one tuition on dates that align with your schedule.

I will be conducting a series of Autumn Woodland Photography workshops on specific dates and locations during November 2026. These workshops are designed for both intermediate and experienced photographers seeking to enhance their woodland photography skills. Each workshop will have a duration of approximately six hours, during which you will be guided through areas of exceptional natural beauty during the autumnal season. Each workshop will accommodate a maximum of five participants, ensuring your undivided attention. Additionally, I am available for one-on-one tuition on dates that align with your schedule (please contact me for pricing information). It is important to note that a reasonable level of fitness is required, as the terrain is not particularly challenging, but participants can expect to cover approximately 3 to 4 miles throughout the day.

My daily rate is £350.00 (approximately 8 hours)
